This process will begin with us learning more about your organization, market position, and target market and how you do business through your creative brief submission. Next, we review in-person or via online meeting, all of provided information and discuss it with you and your team.
- Research, Meetings & Discussion Time
As we build your brand a lot of collaboration, brainstorming, idea sharing, learning, planning, meetings, etc. are necessary. We have allocated time for three in office or online meetings with our team for up to 3 hours each. We will also read provided materials and online information as directed for up to 2 hours total time. Additional time can be added as needed.
Deliverable: Collaborate, edit and approve your provided brief until both sides agree it is ready for the next step.
- Website Architecture
We will work with you to plan and design your website architecture. This includes determining how the content of your site will be arranged and designed to maximize the customer experience and enhance usability.
Deliverable: A website outline/site map created in collaboration with your team that shows your customers/members where they can easily find essential information. This will include noting all secondary messaging, content areas, CTAs, ads and any other elements to be included on the homepage.
- Sales & Conversion Strategy Planning
Online and offline….we will discuss how your customers buy, why they buy and how they prefer to buy or learn more. It’s time to let the customer drive the experience and feel as though you are reaching out to help them, not sell them.
Deliverable:Planned goals (located in your Brief) for your homepage, subpage and nurturing campaigns. Additionally, we will formulate an engagement plan that lists all tools and tactics such as landing pages, calls-to-action, offers, follows, etc. that will allow us to measure conversions.
